Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board
• To learn and follow the position of the president
• Serve in the place of and with the authority of the president in case of the president’s absence or inability to serve
• Review annually the rules, policies and procedures of the community's governing documents, so that they can remain up to date
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss the on-goings of the community's budgets, and subcommittee chairs
