Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board
• Represents the Association in its relationship with banks, vendors, and government agencies
• Works with board and chairs to finalize the budget
• Provides monthly analysis of the Association's finacial position, including variance to budget, and makes recommendations on unplanned expenditures
