Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board
• Oversee board and committee meetings 
• Work in partnership with the Association to ensure board resolutions are carried out 
• Call special meetings if necessary 
• Assist secretary in preparing agenda for board meetings 
• Assist in conducting new board member orientation
• Work with the committee to recruit new board members 
• Act as a spokesperson for the Association and serves in the best interests of the Association
