We're happy to announce the general opening of our forums for the site.

Starting off, we have two forums:

• Comments and Questions: place any input you'd like to share with the board or your community here.
• HOA Annual Meeting Discussions: place any comments, questions, or issues you feel are important to the board, or items for discussion that you'd like to see more info on for the next annual meeting.

1. Landscaping
- no mowing by members. This puts too much liability on HOA.
- any services rendered by an individual shall be expensed. there can be no reduction in HOA dues for the offset of purchased product or labor given to the HOA.

Hey all. Due to ongoing attempts for forum spammers to clog up the site with bogus accounts and vulgar and/or inappropriate commentary, we've changed the account creation to require an administrator to manually OK all new account creations. Read on for more ...

Due to continued inclement weather, the boards for both Abbey Hill Park and Round Rock owners' associations have rescheduled the National Night 2009 party to this Friday, 16th October, from 6pm - 8pm.

Plans are unchanged. Only the date is different!
